Recommended Product Regime:
1. Daytime Usage:

• Cleanser and Toner
• Eye cream, then Day Moisturizer - Normal to Dry

2. Evening Usage:

• Cleanser and Toner
• Eye Cream
• Boosting Serum: pat into skin (do not to smudge/ smear as you will remove the product rather than allowing for absorption)
• Hydracine Evening Moisturizer, (do not to smudge/ smear as you will remove the product rather than allowing for absorption)
• A few drops of Omega Oil can be blended with your day and evening moisturizer daily.
• Nourishing Masque should be applied over the evening moisturizer every second night and is to be left on all night.

3. Exfoliate twice a week.

Exfoliation is key to maximize absorption of the product. The exfoliant will remove impurities, dead skin cells, and to allow for proper absorption.

*Do not use exfoliant treatment before or after shower. to be used one hour before or after as the heat will make skin sensitive.

During exfoliation treatment there is no need to use Toner.

Alternate usage of the exfoliant. Use Glycolic Exfoliant one day and then next time use Intensive Exfoliant Peel.

1. Exfoliant Treatment: After cleaning the skin with cleanser, use Glycolic Exfoliant first. Apply in gentle massage motion all around. Please do not rub. Once it is absorbed, leave on the skin for 2-5 min depending on sensitivity of your skin. If your skin is sensitive remove after 2 minutes but if your skin can allow it, leave it on for the full 5 minutes. It is important to leave the product on allowing it to penetrate and go deeper than the surface layer of the epidermis. If skin is red remove with luke warm water otherwise remove with luke warm water after the full 5 minutes.
2. Second Exfoliant Treatment: After Cleanser, use Intensive Exfoliant Peel. Do not massage, rather gently tap it onto skin as it is intensive. Stays on the same as the Glycolic Exfoliant treatment above. Remove with luke warm water. After the exfoliation treatment, apply Eye cream, Serum, Evening Moisturizer and especially Nourishing Masque. Nourishing Masque needs to be used always with exfoliant treatment.
3. Monthly Exfoliants Regime: Once a month use all three exfoliants for facial treatment.

• After the application and removal of the Intensive Exfoliant Peel use the Brightening Exfoliant. Apply all around face and leave on 15 min. Spray Soothing Lotion over exfoliant. Do not allow to the applied exfoliant to become dry reapplying spray over the 15 min.
• Please see “Monthly Facial Regime”. That week do not use any more exfolaints until following week.
• After the exfoliation treatment, apply Eye cream, Serum, Evening Moisturizer and especially Nourishing Masque. Nourishing Masque needs to be used always with exfoliant treatment.
